Built a real-time AI platform capturing T-Mobile customer sentiment and transforming feedback into actionable insights via multi-agent workflows. Integrated NVIDIA Nemotron AI and Gemini API to power conversational chatbots and sentiment analysis for both direct feedback and social media posts (Reddit). Designed responsive dashboards with live data visualization (Chart.js) and map-based insights (Google Maps API) for customer service teams. Coordinated multiple AI agents and API data streams to deliver seamless, real-time updates for customers and employees.
